I was trying to upload some conditions / beta pics, but am getting the following error -

Oops, just noticed that and deleted the duplicates

Another clue, in case anyone is debugging this issue -- it looks like the pics which were uploaded were not attached to the intended parent. For example, my pic of the Dana Couloir was not initially attached to the Dana Couloir route page. I just noticed this and manually attached it.
