i have erased the bottom half of my profile and cant figure out how to get it back. and help would be great.

Try going to the User Control Panel in the forums, at the upper left. Then click the Profile tab, then click 'Please proceed to your profile page to update your profile information.' and see if you can make some changes. Maybe that has a chance.

I do not think that a history is stored. Just have to find a way to undo whatever the source of the problem is.
