Hah, no it is not mount roofbrick, sorry ;)

Diego, it's not in Norway, although the hut picture does indeed look pretty Norwegian. I'm hoping to go to Norway this summer actually, but I've never been there yet.

I'll see if I can draw some more clues tonight..!

That Ben Lomond appears to be in New Zealand, but our mountain is in Europe.

Our mountain has a SP page. There are "winkels" nearby. In fact, there is a winkel with the same name as the mountain. (clue 6)

Since this clue might not help much, here's another one: there's another mountain range next to this range, with more or less the same name, but it sounds higher (and it is). (clue 7)

Sorry, no fancy drawings today!

I don't know what defines a "winkel" exactly, but there are some things near this mountain that are called "winkels"

There is a Winkel valley somewhere near Slovenia and Italy (lots of pages from Vid mention it) but I doubt it has something to see.
Apparently a Winkel means a shop in German. Should we understand there is a souvenirs shop below this hut ?

Winkel, Haut-Rhin, a place in the Haut-Rhin department, France
Winkel (North Holland), a town in the Netherlands
Winkel (Haaren), a village in the Netherlands
Winkel (Cranendonck), a village in the Netherlands
Winkel, Switzerland, a village in the canton of Zurich
Winkel, part of the municipality Oestrich-Winkel in Rheingau, Hesse, Germany
Winkel, Rhineland-Palatinate, a municipality in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany
Winkel, Saxony-Anhalt, a municipality in Saxony Anhalt, Germany
Winkel, several places in Austria
Winkel, Dutch for "shop"
Winkel, the color and letter coded patch used by Nazis to classify prisoners in Concentration Camps
Winkel Tripel projection a map projection adopted by the National Geographic Society in 1998

i hope you don't see many of the secondlast winkels... :o

Hmm don't try to read too much in the winkel clue. Maybe it wasn't the most helpful one (it's not wrong or anything), I'd suggest you try to work on the others instead. Clues 4 and 7 should get you in the right region, the others will help to fine tune the location.
