Remember the CAMP Photon Quickdraw Product Recall.

I bought them in Santiago, Chile March 2011. Contacted Camp USA. Returned them to Isacco Codega, of Camp Italy as instructed, in July 2011. Yes JULY 2011.

Total cost 123 British Pounds.

Still waiting on a refund. WTF

Customer service I have received from CAMP has been diabolical.

I am taking time out from climbing in El Chalten to warn people about this company.
