Pages up for adoption SW USA

by Scott » Wed Feb 13, 2013 3:20 pm

The following pages are up for adoption:

Truchas Peak (New Mexico) and Snowdon Peak (CO).

If you would like any of these pages and will do a good job of rewriting/maintaining them, let me know and I will transfer them to you.

The following have already been adopted out:

Sandia Peak (New Mexico), Penitente Peak (NM), Lake Peak (NM), and Santa Fe Baldy (NM).

Scott, I can take Truchas Peak. I've never climbed it, but I plan on doing so this summer... no big deal either way. If you need a home for it, I can probably accomidate...

Scott, I could take all four of those Pecos Wilderness peaks, I've climbed all multiple times. I'm pretty busy these days, though, so my work on them might be kind of slow. If someone else who knows them well is rarin' to go, they're welcome to them, but otherwise I'll do my best to give them some love.

Done.

I'll wait until you climb it to transfer (no hard feelings). There has been some controversy about this in past years, but just let me know after you climb it and I'll transfer.

Sounds good. If no one else speaks up says they are "rarin' to go" in a a few days; I'll automatically transfer. If I forget, just poke me a reminder and I will.

Thanks guys.

Did we ever have a page for Organ Peak in the Organ Mountains? Was it deleted?

There is a page for Organ Needle, but I don't know about Organ Peak.

No one spoke up, so the transfer is being made.

Thanks Scott! I'll work on Lake, Penitente and SF Baldy. Those will keep me busy for a little while, but I'll be happy to take on Truchas later if no one has expressed an interest by then.

I guess we could use an Organ Peak page.

Feel free to give it a shot and if you need help with anything, let me know.
