I have a pair of La Sportiva Batura Evo boots that are slightly too small for me (Size 44.5).

I am looking for the same (or Similar) boots in equivalent condition in a size 45.

These boots have been used very minimally:
Adirondacks (1 day ascent)
NH Mount Washington (1 day ascent)
Ice Climbing (4 days max)
