Very interesting review with a lot of good references cited as well; I just had a chance to read it at lunch break. Thanks for posting, radson. I did not know that dexamethason can actually be used in the prevention of AMS as well; I was only aware that it was used to treat AMS or HACE. Also, it seems as though there is no conclusive scientific evidence that some of the natural treatments such as gingko or coca actually helps in the prevention of AMS.
