Weather is looking better. Snow consolidated to walk or still shoes or ski? Ruth Mountain, Monte Cristo area, SEWS on N Cascade Hwy...anywhere some reports???? Don't make me go to CC!!! :roll:

I was out April 18 on Granite and West Granite. You definitely needed snowshoes in places, others you didn't. I think the North Cascades got a better snowpack this year than the Central Cascades, so you may want to bring them along. Then again, things have probably set up quite nicely in the last week and half.
