Since I found the solution to #13 and nobody is able to solve #16 here's a new one, that I think of to be quite easy, even this view to the mountain is not on the major track.

Which takes nothing from your effort :)

is a mountain range behind Sofia, the Bulgarian capital.
1st of the shots above was taken from the Soviet liberators square.
Main shopping boulevard in the downtown Sofia is named Vitosha boulevard.
Locals rather call it just Vitoshka though.
Bulgarian Alpine Federation was established on Vitosha as well.

Elevation is 2290m, checksumed 2+2+9+0 = 13/0
