Tagging a rope
What's a good way to tag a climbing rope? Most importantly the length, and diameter...

Why do you need to tag a rope? While climbing? I prefer having my tag line tied parallel to my lead line unless aid climbing, then I use my haul loop.

"tag a rope"?? You mean attach a piece of paper to it with the length and diameter written down?
