What kinda snow to expect?

I'm gonna be in RMNP the last week of June, probably hitting Black Lake (or beyond), Hallet Peak, and Sundance Mtn. How much snow should I expect then, with this year's crazy coverage? Should I bring snowshoes/ice axe/crampons?

Ice ax and crampons is what I would personally bring.
