From Pogačnikov dom. May be worth to mention that there are two short exposed sections (between the Planja saddle and the peak itself), which are equipped with pegs but still give you a bit of adrenaline while passing. Other than that, it is a nice peak with a good view!
In august 2002, I climbed Planja on my way to Kriski Podi from Prisojnik.I could not decide between Planja and Razor, but my day was already long, so I chose the shorter option, Planja.
