Icicle Ridge Thru-Hike
Snagged this summit while doing a snowshoe thru-hike from the Fourth of July TH to the Icicle Ridge TH. Snowshoes were not really required until around 300-400 vertical feet from the summit. The whole summit area was caked in snow with fine ice pieces underneath. Spent some time brushing off snow in order to find a route right below the summit. Ended up just using the rod in the summit to pull myself and lower myself down. Kind of a nasty place to be in the winter during a whiteout. Still though, a ton of fun.

Yep
With Chandler. Nice hike. The last move is easy. Don't worry about it.
Gimpilator and prepared with ice axes but quickly found out they wouldn't be needed when the summit came into view. great views.

Glad I Brought My Sling
Bringing my sling assisted me with reaching the true summit. The ridge still had some snow, which added to the enjoyment and serenity of the trip.

First Hike of the Season
Had great weather and no crowd for Memorial day. Great Views of Enchantments and Cashmere, early meltout, only had snow the last .5 mi.

with Magellan and Megan
Easy scramble around left side brought us to final step up to windy boulder top. Nice!

Second time still great
Second time around still fun. Good practice prep for later this summer. Stunner views of the Enchantments! Good day hike. Highly recommended from June-October for those who haven't been.
