Primrose in the Sage Creek Wilderness. Look closely at the bottom edge of the petals-- there is a spider there that matches the interior, which is where the spider was when I discovered this flower. Another amazing natural adaptation, and a point for Darwin. Badlands National Park, SD-- July 1997
