Principle formations of Castle Valley as seen from the River Road & Ida Gulch Road junction. On the left is The Convent; further right is the collection of towers that make up the Sister Superior Group (tallest feature is Sister Superior herself); further right are The Priest and The Rectory (look like one mesa from this vantage point); further right is an un-named "hump" on north side of Castleton; Castleton Tower is next; and finally Parriot Mesa is on the right with it's loosely detached Crooked Arrow Spire (late morning on April 10, 2005...nasty weather).
