Lyretail coralfish - Zászlós tündérsügér (15 cm) Orange with yellow-centered scales; males with elongate dorsal filament and red patch on P fin. Occurs in aggregations near coral outcrops of clear lagoons, patch reefs and steep slopes, 0,3 to 35 m. Abundant, sometimes in enormous swarms above the reef. Male is territorial and maintains a harem of 5 to 10 females. Range: Red Sea to Fiji, north to S. Japan, south to S. Africa; absent from Oman and Arabian Gulf.
