I was at 1.820m high and down there in the deepest part of the canyon the altitude is probably around 1.000m or so.

A nice theme for a new reality show: "so you think you can fly?"
Should be a great hit. Real drama. Very cheap too, no jury needed to judge those that don't go through to the next round either. If you fly, you'll go on.
Mind you, the contestants will have to sign a waiver that they participate at their own risk ...
