The Swat river, the Gilgil river, Hunza river, Kunhar river in the Kaghan valley, Neelum in Azad Kashmir as well as the Indus in the Baltistan region and the Chitral river all provide excellent stretches for white water rafting, canoeing and kayaking etc.
