Isn't this page the same route as the one below?

If so, do you want to combine the pages (or to adopt)? It appears to be a duplicate route, but it sounds like you might have more current information and some more details.

Scott, there is certainly overlap with your route giving a description for hiking to Orongo. Whereas my route describes getting to the summit on the east side in addition to a side trip to Orongo. The last decade has seen changes so of course my route has more current info. You are more cognizant on how summitpost protocols work with hierarchy. I would hate to lose the legacy of your trip. (and of course Kessler's) What about your route becoming a Trip Report? I have always treated my Trip Reports as quasi route descriptions because my motivation is usually to share info I had difficulty ascertaining before the trip. For instance I consider my Terevaka trip report an update of route info.
