yep, did it
Drove up to the higher junction (high clearance truck) and then up the forest road from there to the summit. Played around coming down through the talus field then a short bushwhack back to the road. Worst part is the last 1.8 miles of road. Nice to get this one done as I see this almost every day.

Quick walk-up - nice views for a small amount of effort.
