Marmot droppings ...

I did a lot of hikes in Washington and
California's high country. Thing was, I was
always tripping over marmots!

What Arizona lacks in marmots, they make up
for in rattlesnakes. Colorado seems to be a
good place to avoid rattlesnakes, if you can
get up high enough. Nice photo, Sarah!!!!!!

LOL! If you look closely enough, near the top, on the right-hand side, you can actually see one of the marmot's gifts to nature. We scaled this rock very cautiously, as a result...
