Romancing The Stone (Part Deux)

Romancing The Stone (Part Deux)

Sedimentary rocks are no match against the swift-flowing waters of Wet Beaver Creek. Geez, it's almost like watching "The War of The Roses!" Think I'll put in a "Diana Krall" CD and "Dream a Little Dream Of Me." Seriously, a lot of Sycamore trees and wild blackberries grow along this quiet stretch in central Arizona, just south of Sedona near I-17. If you're lucky, you might even catch your dinner out of this waterway. If not, you can go to the local "Five and Dime" and catch yourself a steaming cup of hot Java and a "jerky treat." Just follow the roadsigns inside your Dream. They're the fuzzy ones that always point upwards towards the STARS. September 2, 2008
