Ryan,

Are you going to the Gathering at Kit Carson in July?

I'm planning on it. I'm very interested in a climb of Mount Adams and running the ridge south to Obstruction Point. I've collected some beta on that route, and I'd really like to give it a go. I don't believe I'd be going on the climb of KC, though, unless someone can convince me to attempt its North Ridge. Should be a blast with everyone camping at Willow Lake!

Nice to see this mountain finally on SP! Ellen went on a CMC hike recently to climb Bandit Peak. The CMC leader "lost" the damn mountain! They ended up climbing Rosalie instead! Yikes! This wouldn't have happened if they'd had Ryan's excellent SP info-but it's not Rayn's fault! Damn good job, Ryan. Thanks for adding it! As usual, very well written!

Thanks, Aaron. I don't know how someone could mistake Rosalie for Bandit! Bandit is insignificant in comparison :-D

I only discovered one more typo. Is there anything you still see that's wrong?

Ryan-Looks flawless! Great job. I've edited my comments accordingly.

Yeah, it blows my mind too how Bandit could be lost on a CLEAR DAY. Sometimes ya just gotta wonder about those CMC hike leaders. I know of another reputable SP member that was present on that hike with Ellen. She's learned a thing or two as a result. In the interest of preserving the SP member's reputation, I'm sworn to secrecy, but he's learned his lesson: Always know where you're going and take a map if you don't know the area like the back of your hand. And don't be afraid to challenge the leader if you're certain you know better.

Anyway, I've got some favors to collect on some day! Ha!
