Rotor bucket pick-up

As most folks are aware not only are airplanes used in forest fire suppression but we use helicopters (rotors in firefighter speak) to assist in firefighting efforts. This is a medium size ship with a 250 gallon bucket picking up water from Wannacut Lake in the Okanogan Highlands, near Oroville Washington, for a fire nearby. The nice thing with rotors are their multi-function capabilities. We can transport troops, equipment, take critical observation flights, perform rescues and do fire suppression.
