Approach


From the end of the Hwy 180, follow the trail west along the Kings River to the bridge crossing below the Grand Sentinel. Wander up talus and into the gully that runs under the North Face ( the D. O. A. gully ). See approach topo.

This route follows the first 7 pitches of the Robbins / Chouinard route, then escapes to the right. See the Robbins / Chouinard topo under photos for the first 7 pitches ( after that you're on your own ). No other information is available that I know of at this time.
