Sagebrush Lizard, Maybe

We spotted this guy on the Mitten Park Trail in Dinosaur NM. Most of the lizards there were Side-splotted lizards, but I'm tentatively identifying this as a Sagebrush lizard. Anyone know for sure? May 2011.
