Saintgrizzly, Mount Oberlin, Glacier NP

Ellen and I joined Vern for our first tour of Glacier National Park. As for most hikers and climbers, our first summit experience in the Park was atop Mount Oberlin, and it was one of the most joyous moments of my life to be reunited with my long time climbing buddy in a very special part of his world. We finally understood his reasons for moving to Montana, and shared in his euphoric joy of being there together in one of the greatest places on the planet, Glacier National Park.
