Delightful

This canyon was a home run- fun scrambling and stemming over pools through a beautiful, narrow slot. If you want a non-technical slot canyon with reasonable access and no one around, this is it.

The West side road requires high clearance but is no big deal. (Would be easy to mountain bike.) We camped about 3 miles up the road, then hiked the last mile and crossed the river. The only miserable part of the hike is the hellish tamarisk bushwhack (100 yards?) on the East side. Then we followed open slickrock up to the head of the canyon, turned around, retraced a mile or so and then dropped into the slot.

At the end/mouth of the slot we just walked in the river downstream about 1/2 mile back to our original crossing, thereby avoiding the tamarisk.
