with skis from the North
Unfortunatelly I broke my left leg when we slided down. I didn't have an insurance so I chose walking with broken leg about 15-20km to Losenheim parkplace... :-) It's already funny but then and there I couldn't laugh on it. :-)

Schneebergdörfl - Schneidergraben - Kaiserstein
Nice day, route OK, but lots of Rolling Stones on upper Schneidergraben. Kind black birds around the summit. Descent via Nandlgrat - much more friendly.
We did this for the second time, but reached the summit for the first - at our previous try we had to turn back to arrive in time to start our evening baseball game against Wiener Neustadt Diving Ducks. Good guys! We lost it...
Route Climbed: Schneidergraben-Damböckhaus-Klosterwappen-Miesltal Date Climbed: June 1999; 03 July, 2005
Rubble-route of upper-Schneidergraben not too friendly , but as the weather was very good, no problem. Just below the ridge Klosterwappen-Kaiserstein surprisingly large areas covered by snow (for this period of the year).
Route Climbed: many routes Date Climbed: June 1982, ~1992, 1994, 8 Oct 1995
from Puchberg through Baumgartner - descend on the Fadensteig, with the rack-railway - descend through Südlicher Grafensteig to Baumgartner, from Weichtalhaus through Weichtalklamm and the Kientaler Huette, Nördlicher Grafensteig

Route Climbed: Weichtal-Kienthaler H-Summit Date Climbed: Jan-2005Strong gale, cold, and bad visibility near the summit. The preloaded GPS tracks helped us finding the route.

Route Climbed: HerminenSteig Date Climbed: January 2005Cool route. We did for training, since my friend Erich "der Froshman" does not have a lot of Alpine experience.
I have done this mountian many times, but as only on July 2005 touched the real summit, with my dog Vigia and another dog, Duncan.
