Trevor what a delightful surprise to see your new page! You did a great job, and it is a blast to know that people all over the U.S. on this site are getting exposed to our beautiful part of the country! If you created this page we should think about creating one for Tea Kettle rock! :)
Thanks for the vote Alex. The thought of making a page for Tea Kettle Rock has occurred to me, but it's probably not very valid. It's 1) too small and 2) lacking any historical significance. I'm not sure that Tea Kettle Rock would qualify for SP's requirements for a mountain page.
We are just missing one key piece of information: Hiking trails? What are your hiking possibilities here? I know you address these matters in the photos, but how about on the main page?
Great page on an area I spent the first 18 years of my life. I have enjoyed the place for years and have run, hiked, cycled and driven to the top. Great Job!
dude...this is my hood. well, my state at least. i climbed this at night once a few years ago when i was working as an intern for the Nebraska Department of Roads. i walked the entire distance from some hotel in scottsbluff. on the way back, i was walking along the highway (yeah, real smart) at about 3 or 4 in the morning and got picked up by a police officer. he dropped me off at my hotel so i did the last mile in style!
