Another beautyEach pic seems to be better than the previous. What kind of camera do you use? I know the camera has got to be in the hands of someone who knows how to use it as you are demonstrating so ably. Superb photos.

Re: Another beautyThank you, guys!
Well, camera: pics from before 1999 are scans of old dias. They were taken with a good Canon reflex camera, but when I scan them, I take a high resolution (2400 dpi) first to make an archive on CD and later for SummitPost purpose I rescale the scan to 640x???. After rescaling it's allways necessary to sharpen the picture. The only problem with scanning I have is darkness and high contrast pictures.
Cheers!

Re: Another beautyRecently I bought Epson Perfection 2400 Photo.
May be one good secret: If great portions of picture are dark, I lighten the picture so, that only dark parts are lightened (in Corel Photo Paint you can save different curves, that lighten pictures in different ways).

Re: Another beautyVid, Mathias and whoever else is interested:
I live and die by Corel Photo Paint. As good as Adobe Photoshop was, Corel is still better, and the Epson scaners are great. I've got the perfection 1650 and it's done wonders for me.
