"After the first glass, you see things as you wish they were. After the second, you see things as they are not. Finally, you see things as they really are, which is the most horrible thing in the world."

Love this SummitGreat hike - took my dogs on a weekday and saw no one, bagged Anderson and East Peak as well. One of my greatest memories in the San Gorgonio Wilderness. Great day! Great views!

One of the bestI'm working on all 20 So. Cal. 10K+ peaks. This is my 7th so far, and one of my favorites thus far. If you leave the trail as soon as it comes in sight and make a straight line cross country to it, its a very nice approach and little scramble up the dark rocky ridge.
