A name of...

A name of this plant probably is Chamaenerion angustifolium. The plant is also growing in mountains of Europe and then you can add this picture to my album 'alpine flora'. You are welcome to do it!

Will do, thanks! In Alaska we used to call it "Fireweed" because it tends to grow in fast after forest fires.

Yes, you are right. This plant prefers an open area, e.g. where trees are cut.
