Alum Cave Bluff Trail
Yes, the distances are probably accurate but you need to remember that you will be on what is labeled a strenuous trail by all guides and gain over a thousand feet just to Alum Cave Bluff. We didn't find the trail hard at all but some would definitely dislike the passage through Arch Rock and the climb in a few stretches.
