Soaking It All In

My son's friend Chris trying to soak in all the splendor of the Gorge Lakes area. Not too bad a view for his first hike in the Rockies! Photo taken near Point 12,600(+) in the Gorge Lakes area of RMNP. Follow the Mount Ida ridge down to the NW and then to the NE to reach this point. The views of the Gorge Lakes are outstanding from this location, and there is plenty of solitude. RMNP August 23, 2015
