This picture is from where the route changes from a bushwhack through a burned area to a rock scramble.
Follow the obvious route of the snowbank. Drift somewhat right as you ascend, but as you near the top, instead of following what seems like the obvious line to a notch above (out of sight here), stay straight and aim for some ledges near the crest.
