Just checked, and it doesn't; the county high point is in a cornfield: http://www.cohp.org/sd/Clay_1.html There are a series of bluffs in the area as you move away from the Missouri River. I assume they trace historic channels.
You may want to put the actual elevation of the hill, not just 70 feet, but the actual elevation above sea level
