Does is qualify as a county highpoint or prominence peak? If so, better tell Dean and chums.

Just checked, and it doesn't; the county high point is in a cornfield: http://www.cohp.org/sd/Clay_1.html

There are a series of bluffs in the area as you move away from the Missouri River. I assume they trace historic channels.

Elevation above sea level?

You may want to put the actual elevation of the hill, not just 70 feet, but the actual elevation above sea level
