Sunny Zugpitze
Zugspitze -or better Schneefernerkopf (2874m/9430ft)- and its impressive west-face seen from a glade during the ascent to Grubigstein. The "valley" with the snow field right in the middle of the photo is called "Neue Welt" (new world), because it is quite broad and not very steep. The summit of Zugspitze is right off the left side of the shot.
