We tried to cut the snow mushroom with a single rope. Fortunatelly we failed. This point was very safe. :-)

Bollards

I think we also call it a snow bollard. Quite a good anchor for rappel and crevasse rescue if the snow is right. Can be backed up with axes or buried packs I believe.
