The East Face at sunrise

The East Face of Longs Peak at sunrise from Twin Sisters. A popular hike is up Twin Sisters during a full moon, so the sunrise can be enjoyed on the summit. Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado. Click on image for full sized version.

Great Shot.

I consider a hike to the top of Twin Sisters a must do when I'm in RMNP. I usually go up Twin Sisters in the morning and Gem Lake at sunset. I was there recently in July 2006. Couldn't see Longs on that day as the summit was covered in mist. Thanks for all the material you have posted. I really enjoy it all.
