"Fin" climbing area Steve...only recommendation I have is that instead of creating new route pages for every single pitch route, you might find it more efficient for you and the "beta user" (user can print one or two pages instead of 10..more in guide book form) to put everything on one "mountain/crag" page....in other words add the single pitch route description next to the route name on the main page and maybe link a photo to it...if you have a multi pitch route to add to the area, then do a seperate page and link to it...just suggestions, do whatever makes sense to you...thanks for the addition...cheers
Dow - Thanks for the feedback, good idea. My thoughts were that if I create a separate page for even the single pitch climbs, then anyone who climbs the remaining routes far above my ability can add routes if they want to. I do like the idea of the route descriptions on the front page, though. Hope you don't mind me making use of your rock area and route format.
not at all Steve, we are here to share each others beta and ideas....yeah, what I used to do and need to start again, is post a sentence in red ink at the top that if you have climbed the other routes, please send description and how you would like it credited via pm or in the comment section and I will add it to the page...I know I use to do that and got away from it...I don't see much SP activity in the places I climb, but once in a blue moon, someone will contribute to the page like that...cheers
