Sad-looking cairn,

Somebody with time on their hands
needs to go up there and rebuild it
to its previous state of glory.

Larry,

Yeah, this gave us a good laugh. On the plus side, the wildflowers and butterflies at the summit were fantastic, more than making up for an unranked summit with a misplaced jumble of stones for a summit cairn.

We think alike! Whenever I venture out,
the "ranking" is not as important as
what I actually see and experience. Of
course, I'm not much of a 'list' person.
