The upper part of the Valley of Triglav Lakes

The upper part of the Valley of Triglav Lakes - shot from an airplane. Below we see the Ledvička (Kidney) lake. Right above it are the vertical walls of Zelnarica. The dark summits just above Zelnarica are Vršaki and left of them the dark Poprovec. Between Vršaki and Poprovec the snowy passage to Hribarice plateau is seen. Left of Hribarice, just behind Poprovec is Kanjavec and high above all the mighty Triglav. From the left the Lepo špicje ridge is approaching towards Prehodavci pass. Summer, 1980.
