Three Fingers Couloir, Looking Down

Three Fingers Couloir, Looking Down

If you doing Three Fingers late enough in the season that it's nontechnical, this is the first minor challenge. The small couloir is steeper than it looks here, it ranges from 45 to 55 degrees with some loose rock. There was a rope up when we were there but don't count on it. Photographed at 5900 feet, October 21, 2006.
