Time for this ice to melt :) !

Inside a tent on a lunch break, Arctic Ural, March 1989. During the spring skiing season in the Arctics the daylight is so long that we always preferred to spend a couple hours mid-day pitching a tent and making a hot lunch out of the wind. Without such a rest, we could never use up all the daylight to our advantage. In hindsight, a part of the problem may have been plain dehydration rather than simply physical stamina or brutal cold - nonetheless a hot lunch is a great solution to all of the above issues!
