Where?

Was this taken near the Mehrabad Airport? What is this big empty land where you are standing?

Not Mehrabad souther than it Tehran hadn't started yet at this point, after I finished the Saveh-Tehran Highway I took this pic. there where many greatr views and positions for taking pics even Damavand was on the view due the clear weather but this was the only safe place i could find at the side of the highway to take pics.
