Re: Have youOf course I have :) Had absolutely great time among sheperds expecially in Lotru and Suhard/Rodnei mountains and wish to revisit them before they finish their season and return to the valleys :)
I decided to close my Carpathian Traverse idea and hiking in Tatras, not going till Danube in Bratislava due to some October plans in the Far North (last chance for such free roaming for upcoming next few years probably...) that I just can't stop missing...but it truly was brilliant Carpathian summer, 2,5 months of adventures in the beloved mountains.

Re: Have youAnd it's not a secret, I am totally "cryophilic"... so it was a kind of experience, especially hard one in late August when the weather ruined both scenery and satisfaction from the hike(at the same time I managed to hike for example from Lupkowska to Dukla pass in one day, 15 hours...) To be honest and as it was expected , adventure time and the whole joy of exploration ended on Ukrainian/Polish border. Our Western part of Carpathians is just too "easy and predictable" :) p.s. There are 3 Polish youngsters completing Carpathian Arch hike within days, congrats for them!

Re: That's a holiday!Hi Jacek, beautiful and successful summertime indeed. 2,5 months of hiking, from Danube's Iron Gate to Tatras, not till Bratislava due to further voyage plans for the upcoming fall season... can't live without that northern breeze... All fine with health, legs and spine which were tested during March in Lapland already, so wings still not broken and ready to fly!

Re: HiLife is crazy last times.This year less mountain adventures because of thrombosis in my leg. However everything slowly backs to life and me (I hope) in the mountains for good!
