Plotted from my GPS tracks. My elapsed time on the route was about 13 hours, but I was a little slower than some. That broke down into about 8.5 hours moving, 4.5 hours stopped. Net elevation gain: about 6400 feet. Ascent time: 8.5 hours; descent time: 4.5 hours.

Got the total gain too? I said approx. 7,000 ft but that's give or take :)
