Re: yum!Thanks. My neice recommended me to use white wine to soften the sponges and amaretti biscotti. Wine instead of the usual sherry is more subtle and does not overpower the fruit.
Use thick cream for building the layers, and add thin cream when serving. Wow, so much cream. But so satisfying.
