True Summit

This is the photo of the true summit of Hualalai that I took, although I did not know it at the time. As you can see, had I known that were the correct trail to take, I would have had a beautiful view without clouds nearby. I started the hike at about 6:20 AM, and I had clear views of the Kona coast nearly all the way up to the summit. This view is from the "outhouse" side of the campsite looking south. Notice a piece of the Hainoa (Hanoa?) crater to the left.
